ATX Food Truck Fest LLC Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the ordering and messaging services operated by ATX Food Truck Fest LLC, doing business as ATX Food Truck Park ("ATX Food Truck Park," "we," or "us"), at atxfoodtruckfestival.com.

Information we collect

We collect the name, mobile number, optional email address, order details, pickup time, consent record, and limited technical and delivery records needed to provide the pay-at-pickup ordering service. A mobile number entered at checkout is used to request and verify a one-time verification code and, when consented, to send non-marketing transactional updates for that specific order. For participating food trucks, we also collect the business email address and mobile number provided during direct onboarding so we can send operational new-order and pickup alerts.

How we use information

We use this information only to verify the customer, route and fulfill the order, provide order and pickup updates, support the customer or participating truck, prevent abuse, recover an order, and maintain required operational records. Customer SMS may include the verification code, order confirmation, pickup timing changes, and ready-for-pickup alerts. Vendor SMS may include new-order and pickup-operation alerts. These contacts and consents do not authorize marketing messages.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only on our behalf to operate the ordering, verification, email, and messaging services; they may not use it for their own marketing. Participating food trucks do not receive customer mobile phone numbers, email addresses, or SMS opt-in or consent records.

Retention and protection

We retain order contact information, consent and delivery records only as long as needed for fulfillment, support, security, legal obligations, and the park's configured retention policy. Authorized operators and service providers may access personal information only as needed to operate the service. The participating truck receives the customer name, order, and pickup details needed to fulfill that order; customer mobile numbers and email addresses remain encrypted and are not displayed to the truck. The mobile number is not used to create a customer account.
