ATX Food Truck Fest LLC SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern the ATX Food Truck Park order-messaging program operated by ATX Food Truck Fest LLC. The program lets you choose to receive a one-time SMS verification code and non-marketing transactional updates for a pay-at-pickup order. Updates may include order confirmation, pickup timing changes, and ready-for-pickup alerts.

Participating food-truck owners may separately consent during direct onboarding to receive operational new-order and pickup alerts at the business mobile number they provide. Vendor alerts contain operational order information only and exclude marketing content. Vendors may reply STOP or ask the park administrator to disable their alerts.
